Every high-res Giclee print is individually colour-managed onto Hahnemühle Photo Rag fine art paper using the latest technology. The 308 g.s.m art paper has been hand-selected from a range of professional paper choices because of the high-quality luxury velvet look and feel the final product provides.

What is Giclée print?
Giclée printing is a fine art, professional digital print process. This method allows us to produce our prints to a very high, ‘gallery quality’ standard. Our inks and top of the range precision printers ensure standout faithful images every time.
How many copies are in each Edition?
For each exhibition we determine the best size for the prints, as well as the number of works in the edition. As every exhibition is unique, we encourage you to look closely at the information provided alongside the piece so you can be sure of the size of the work and the edition number.
What does limited edition mean?
In short it means scarcity. A limited edition print means only a limited number of prints will be made available for purchase. Your print will be individually numbered and will show which work in the edition you own, for example 5/100.
Each print comes with a signed certificate of authenticity and a uniquely numbered hologram, which confirms your edition number.
What does Certificate of Authenticity mean?
Each Stories on Walls print comes with a signed certificate of authenticity and a uniquely numbered hologram, which matches a second identical hologram to be added to the back of framed prints or kept with any unframed ones. This certificate documents the archival materials used, your unique edition number, the title of the work and the name of the photographer. It ensures that your print is official and valid.
What size are your prints?
This is always the most confusing part of buying art. To make things easy, simple and affordable to frame, we pre-crop our prints to standard sizes.
Print sizes vary from exhibition to exhibition, but our most popular sizes are:
A2 size (42.0 x 59.4cm, 16.53 x 23.39 inches)
A3 size (29.7 x 42.0cm, 11.69 x 16.53 inches)
A4 size (21.0 x 29.7cm, 8.27 x 11.69 inches)
In some cases, landscape or portrait crops change too much of the artists intent, in this instance, we will offer an equivalent square crop for each size.
A2 Square crop (50cm x 50cm, 19.75 x 19.75 inches)
A3 Square crop (30cm x 30cm, 11.75 x 11.75 inches)
A4 Square crop (23cm x 23cm, 9 x 9 inches)
These dimensions refer to the size of the paper on which the image is printed.
Do the sizes listed on the site (i.e. A3, A4 etc.) represent the image size or the paper size?
This is always the most confusing part of buying art. When buying unframed prints, the sizes quoted on the site represent the size of the paper.
Every image comes with a natural white border as part of the print, that’s in proportion to its size. This makes it easy to slip into a frame without a mount should you choose. The natural border sizes are detailed below.
A2 size 3cm or 1.18 inch border
A3 size 2cm or 0.79 inch border
A4 size 1.5cm or 059 inch border
Your limited edition number will also be hand written on this border, so it will remain visible when mounted and framed.

Can I order my print framed and ready to hang?
Sure thing! We’d be happy to provide you with a ready to hang framed print.
If you choose to purchase a ready to hang framed print with us, you can select from our range of handmade, affordable framing options.
Every print comes ready to hang with a classic cream traditional mount, protective UV Plexiglas and hanging hardware. You can choose from three handmade wood framing options of white, black and oak.
How big will my print be once you frame it?
The dimensions of our ‘Ready to hang’ handmade wood frames are as follows:

This should help ensure that your prints can fit easily onto the wall space you have selected for them and avoid any nasty surprises.
What mount sizes do you use?
Every print comes ready to hang with a classic cream traditional mount. All our A2 prints are mounted using mounts of 4 cm or 1.58 in. All our A3 and A4 prints are mounted using mounts of 3 cm or 1.18 in.
Please bear in mind that 0.5 cm or 0.2 in of the mount will rest under the frame and will not be visible.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is placed at which time we will produce the print.
What currency is my credit card billed in?
Although we quote sales prices in your local currency based on dynamic exchange rates, we bill in pound sterling. This means there may be a small difference in what you are charged and appears on your statement. We do our best to minimise this but remain subject to exchange rate fluctuations between quoting and billing. Your payment card company will use their rate at the moment of transaction.
Will my order be subject to VAT?
If your order is being delivered within the UK or EU, you will be charged VAT at checkout. For orders outside of the EU, we will remove VAT from the final price, however, you may be charged a similar customs fee on import instead.
Will I need to pay local tax or duties on my order?
If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any such charges are your responsibility.
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide! Both our framed and unframed prints are carefully packaged in a branded flat package and are totally trackable.
How long will it take for my prints to arrive?
Our prints are produced to order and require a high degree of printmaking skill and attention to detail. Our frames are handmade and take slightly longer than unframed prints to arrive. Delivery times will vary based on location. Prints are typically received within 2 to 4 weeks from the time your order is placed.
If your order contains both framed and unframed prints, they will be delivered separately.
Can I send prints to a location other than my billing address?
Sure thing. Prints make a great, unique gift so we often have customers sending prints to other addresses.
As long as it’s not a P.O. Box address, we’re very happy to deliver your print to any address you provide during the check out process.
How will my prints be packaged?
We take great care to ensure that your order is carefully packaged so that it arrives in the same perfect condition in which it left our facilities. Our framed prints are protected in with an easily removable blue film over the acrylic to stop scratching, followed by a layer of bubble wrap, surrounded by 4 strengthening foam inserts and packed in heavy-duty, double walled branded box packages.
How do you calculate delivery costs?
With so many potential locations, we aim to simplify delivery pricing as much as possible. You will be quoted a delivery cost based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package to be delivered to your geographical zone.

What if my fine art print arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your print arrives damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with a picture of the damage to discuss your options.
You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase, after which we cannot accept responsibility for work that has arrived damaged.
What is your return policy?
Stories on Walls prints are custom made to order and each print is totally unique, therefore they are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless they are damaged upon arrival.
